Dried mushrooms

Due to the hygroscopic properties, dried mushrooms quickly acquire the same properties as fresh mushrooms; it is enough to soak them in cold water for a few minutes. Dried mushrooms are used as salad seasonings, the ingredients for pizza and salads, additives in potato pie fillings, etc. Due to mushrooms, dishes obtain rich taste and aroma.

 

 

 

 

- Product shape and size: slices 1-2 mm, dices 5x5 and 3x3 mm, powder.

- Taste and flavor: product with preserved color, taste and aroma.

- Moisture: 6-8%

- Packaging: PP bags with polyethylene enclosure.

Corrugated cardboard boxes with polyethylene enclosure.

- Vacuum food package PA / PE (corrugated and transparent standard) - subject to agreement.
